Part - 1

Module 1 – START WITH THE GIFT 
Course – Entrepreneurship Development 

 

The goal of this course is to teach people how to pivot in their professional careers by translating their innate gifts, learned skills and lived experience into profitable entrepreneurial ventures.

In this session, the students, who are attorneys overseas in South Africa, Canada and Nigeria, introduce themselves and we cover: 

  • How to discover your unique gifts, which is what you are innately wired to do better than others 

  • How to distinguish between your gifts/strengths which are instinctive and your skills which are learned and your passions which bring you fulfillment.  

What is your gift?

  • What comes easily to you but with difficulty to others?

  • For as long as you can remember, what have you been complimented on?

  • What’s like your third hand?

Part - 4

Module 4 –THE BLUEPRINT
Course – Entrepreneurship Development 

 

The goal of this course is to teach people how to pivot in their professional careers by translating their innate gifts, learned skills and lived experience into profitable entrepreneurial ventures.

In this session, we focus on building the blueprint.  We help you identify how others with similar gifts as yours as using theirs; this enables you to see a blueprint for how to monetize your innate talents.  We also discuss:
- Determining the one product or service you will focus on first
- Scalability and replicability of your business model
- Leveraging social media to gain visibility and traction

Module 7 –GETTING TO THE PROBLEM
Course – Entrepreneurship Development 

 

The goal of this course is to teach people how to pivot in their professional careers by translating their innate gifts, learned skills and lived experience into profitable entrepreneurial ventures.

In this session, we focus on how to conduct a "needs analysis" and determine what needs you around you waiting to be solved that your gifts, skills and resources are equipped to address.

Module 2 – ALIGNING GIFTS, SKILLS & PASSIONS
Course – Entrepreneurship Development 

 

The goal of this course is to teach people how to pivot in their professional careers by translating their innate gifts, learned skills and lived experience into profitable entrepreneurial ventures.

In this session, Darrell walks each person through their completed Strengths Assessment, a proprietary resource created by us to help individuals think differently about their resources and discover what makes them unique and how to monetize it.

Module 5 – BUILDING YOUR BRAND
Course – Entrepreneurship Development 

 

The goal of this course is to teach people how to pivot in their professional careers by translating their innate gifts, learned skills and lived experience into profitable entrepreneurial ventures.

In this session, we cover how you can set yourself and your business apart from the competition.  We discuss understanding the 3 aspects of building a business and a brand:

  • The Execution of the service/product – What do I do?

  • The Delivery of the service/product – How do I do it?

  • The Marketing of the service/product – Why do I do it and who do I do it for?

Module 3 –PASSION PROJECT
Course – Entrepreneurship Development 

 

The goal of this course is to teach people how to pivot in their professional careers by translating their innate gifts, learned skills and lived experience into profitable entrepreneurial ventures.

In this session, we focus on developing your "Passion Project" - an entrepreneurial venture that lies squarely at the intersection of your gifts/strengths, skills and passions.  We discuss what will be needed to launch the project and ultimately to structuralize and monetize it, as well as the two types of income, translational and residual.

Module 6 – ESTABLISHING AUTHORITY & CREDIBILITY
Course – Entrepreneurship Development 

 

The goal of this course is to teach people how to pivot in their professional careers by translating their innate gifts, learned skills and lived experience into profitable entrepreneurial ventures.

In this session, we focus on establishing yourself as a subject-matter expert and an authority in a given area, so you can identify why people would invest in your service or product over others.  We also discuss how to develop authenticity, credibility and connection.  A guest lecturer, an American attorney and former New York prosecutor, joins us for this module.
