Darrell J. Bennett created a leadership development curriculum which he has since developed into a School of Thought, called Global Leadership Academy, where he teaches people how to be better thinkers and leaders with global impact.
Formal education teaches people how to stay within their system and work for them, not think like them. Darrell teaches people how to reclaim their destiny and think and lead like the founders and leaders of nations and universities, not just like the students and citizens.
Drawing on his formal education (Harvard Law School and Morehouse College) and years of teaching traditional students, professionals, executives, and adult learners, Darrell has created a structured thinking system designed to help people step outside inherited frameworks.

THE CURRICULUM Seven Core Pillars | Twenty-One Modules Below is an overview of the core pillars that make up the Global Leadership Academy curriculum. I. MIND & THINKING SYSTEMS How leaders think, not just what they know Parables, Plato & Classical Thought Allegory, forms, Socratic inquiry, and how ancient frameworks still shape modern power and perception.
